AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

The world’s largest companies are held back by complexity, disconnected systems, slow approvals, and manual workflows across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Payflows is building the agentic finance system, connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows. Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently, and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when, and why payments are made.

In a world where speed, control, and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision, powered by AI. One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

The role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help build and execute our community, content, and growth initiatives at Payflows.

You’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead and be involved in day-to-day execution across events, content, and campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ideas and turn them into live initiatives.

What you’ll do

Run Community Events End-to-End

  • Identify and reach out to relevant stakeholders (CFOs and finance team) to invite to events

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events (venue, guest list, scheduling, follow-ups)

  • Support hosting and running events (on-site or virtual moderation, attendee experience)

  • Follow up with attendees and maintain relationships to grow the Payflows community over time

Create and Publish Content

  • Write and publish LinkedIn posts based on product updates, insights, and market topics

  • Help turn product features and ideas into clear, simple content for our website and social channels

  • Support content production (drafting, editing, repurposing content across formats)

  • Contribute to building a consistent content cadence

Execute Email Campaigns and Newsletter

  • Help draft and send email campaigns and newsletters

  • Track performance (open rates, clicks, engagement) and suggest improvements

  • Support building a regular communication rhythm with our audience

Run Growth Experiments

  • Test new ideas across events, content, and distribution (e.g., new event formats, posting styles, outreach approaches)

  • Track results and identify what works

  • Help turn successful initiatives into repeatable processes

Job requirements

Experience & Background

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

  • Strong writing skills, with examples of writing work

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Preferred: prior internship experience in marketing/content/events at fast-moving environments.

How You Work

  • You take ownership of what you’re working on and follow through to completion

  • You’re proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do

  • You can communicate ideas clearly and make complex topics easy to understand

  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change

  • You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships

What Success Looks Like

  • Events are consistently executed with the right people in the room and strong engagement

  • Content is published regularly and improves how Payflows is understood

  • Email campaigns and newsletters are sent consistently and show improving engagement

  • New ideas are tested regularly, with clear learnings and iteration over time
