GTM AI Operations

  • On-site, Hybrid
    • Paris, Île-de-France, France
  • Sales

Job description

AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

The world’s largest companies are held back by complexity — disconnected systems, slow approvals, and manual workflows across Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

Payflows is building the AI-native Finance OS for enterprise — connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows.

Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently, and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when, and why payments are made.

In a world where speed, control, and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision — powered by AI. One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

Job requirements

Build the AI-enabled operating system that enables the Sales team to execute consistently, improve win rates and hit revenue targets predictably.

A core expectation of the role is to continuously identify work being performed manually by AEs, BDRs and GTM leadership and determine where it can be automated or augmented through AI.

Preferred experience

  • A natural problem solver: you genuinely enjoy finding messy or repetitive problems, understanding the root cause and building a better way.

  • AI-native: you instinctively ask “why is a human doing this?” and look for opportunities to automate or augment work with AI.

  • Great at prompting and building lightweight agents/workflows: you don't need to be an engineer. Our underlying HQ infrastructure and connectivity layer already exists.

  • Commercially minded: you understand how AEs and BDRs work and how qualification, pipeline, forecasting and coaching translate into revenue.

  • Analytical and high-agency: you can spot an opportunity, build a solution, test whether it works and iterate independently.

Backgrounds that tend to fit

  • GTM / Revenue / Sales Ops (2–3 years): you understand sales workflows, CRM and how high-performing GTM teams operate.

  • Strategy & Operations / BizOps: you’re analytical, structured and comfortable solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems.

  • Early-stage startup / Founder’s Associate: you’re high-agency, used to wearing multiple hats and turning messy problems into scalable systems.

  • Consulting → startup operator: you bring structured problem-solving and analytical horsepower, but have moved from advising to actually building.
