Job description

Our Vision & Mission

AI is rewriting how enterprises run. Payflows is the platform making it happen.

The world’s largest companies are held back by complexity - disconnected systems, slow approvals, and manual workflows across Finance, Procurement and Operations.

Payflows is building the AI-native Finance OS for enterprise - connecting every process, person, and system so work just flows. Approvals route automatically, payments execute intelligently and leaders gain real-time visibility into how, when and why payments are made.

In a world where speed, control and intelligence define competitive advantage, Payflows enables global enterprises to operate with precision - powered by AI.

One intelligent platform, endless possibilities.

Why Join Us

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine how the world’s best commercial teams operate.

If you’re obsessed with winning, allergic to mediocrity, and relentless about getting 1% better every day — this is where you’ll do your career-defining work.

At Payflows, we believe in extreme autonomy. If it’s rational, we make it happen.
You’ll be given the trust, the tools, and the ownership to build something exceptional — and the expectations to match.

The Role: Commercial Operations

You’ll be at the core of how Payflows scales — architecting the systems, processes, and rhythms that power our commercial engine. This isn’t a support function; it’s a performance function.

Your Mission

Drive pipeline and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create and execute targeted campaigns that build awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals.

  • Support deal-related activities: RFPs, proposals, sales enablement materials, and pipeline management.

Own forecasting & operational excellence

  • Design, implement, and refine our forecasting, CRM, and reporting systems (HubSpot, Gong, Notion, automation tools).

  • Ensure data quality, transparency, and speed across the commercial organization — enabling confident decision-making.

Enable performance

  • Build and deliver onboarding, training, and enablement programs that help the team hit their targets faster.

  • Document best practices, playbooks, and commercial processes that scale as the team grows.

Support hiring and onboarding

  • Partner with leadership to support recruitment for key commercial roles — coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.

  • Help define the tools, templates, and processes that make the commercial team efficient as we scale.

Align the commercial engine

  • Orchestrate the rhythm between Sales, Marketing, and Strategy — ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and seamless execution.

  • Lead and optimize our operating cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business planning.

What You Can Expect

  • You’ll be joining one of Europe’s most ambitious fintech startups at a pivotal stage — working closely with founders and an experienced leadership team.

  • You’ll see every part of the go-to-market engine from the inside and play a direct role in shaping how Payflows scales to tens of millions in ARR.

  • You’ll gain broad exposure across sales strategy, marketing, and operations — positioning yourself to move into a senior commercial or revenue operations role within 12–18 months.

  • You’ll be measured on the clarity, consistency, and performance lift you bring to the commercial function.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You come from a background in Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Revenue Enablement within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company. You understand how high-performing commercial organisations operate — the rhythm, the systems, and the metrics that drive success.

  • You’ve built or optimised sales processes, forecasting systems, and performance frameworks that help teams run faster and more effectively. You understand how to design systems that scale, not just patch what’s broken.

  • You’re analytical, structured, and deeply execution-oriented — you think in systems but act with urgency. You’re as comfortable building in HubSpot and Notion as you are presenting performance metrics to leadership.

  • You’ve worked closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams, and you know how to align cross-functional priorities to create one unified go-to-market motion.

  • You’re a natural builder — you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and create order out of chaos. When something doesn’t exist, you build it. When something’s inefficient, you fix it.

  • You communicate with clarity and precision, influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. You know how to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

  • You’re driven by data, excellence, and ownership. You measure everything, improve constantly, and never settle for “good enough.”

  • Above all — you’re not here to maintain. You’re here to build.

Your skills:

  • You’ve designed and implemented commercial systems and tooling (HubSpot, Gong, Notion, automation platforms) that improve visibility, efficiency, and accountability.

  • You have a strong grasp of forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring leadership has accurate, data-driven insights at every stage of the commercial process.

  • You’ve developed and led sales enablement programs that drive measurable performance improvement — from onboarding to quota attainment.

  • You understand revenue operations metrics and KPIs, and can translate data into actionable insights that shape decision-making.

  • You know how to build and scale hiring processes that attract elite commercial talent and embed high-performance culture from day one.

  • You’ve supported or led cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring teams move in sync toward shared goals.

You thrive in high-accountability, high-autonomy environments — you take ownership, move fast, and deliver results without waiting for permission.

Our non-negotiable’s

  • Resilience - We’re on a multi-decade mission to reinvent enterprise finance. You embrace hard problems and thrive in the fight.

  • Hunger - You push yourself (and the company) to raise the bar and maximise impact.

  • Trustworthiness - You take ownership, solve problems and “get it done” with minimal guidance.
